Ambr® Crossflow — High-Throughput for Parallel Screening
Ambr® Crossflow provides molecule behavior data in early development on viscosity, buffer composition, shear stress and performance in membrane processes. It also contributes important additional decision criteria to help guide and accelerate the candidate selection process.
Ambr® Crossflow allows developers to study factors relevant to manufacturability, providing the capacity for up to 16 automated, parallel trials. The system is capable of processing volumes as low as 5 mL recirculation volume.
Sartoflow® Smart — The Ideal TFF System for Process Development
The Sartoflow® Smart is a modular and flexible small-scale benchtop TFF system for ultrafiltration and diafiltration. It is designed for laboratory environments and suitable for process development, clinical trials and small batch cGMP production. Sartoflow® Smart is used in many downstream processes, such as purification of vaccines, monoclonal antibodies and recombinant proteins.

Sartoflow® 150 – Efficient Single-Use TFF Processing up to Preclinical Scale
The Sartoflow® 150 is an automated single-use tangential flow filtration system (SUTFF). Its compact footprint and low recirculation volume are optimized for small-scale process ultrafiltration and diafiltration (UF/DF) applications of 2–20 L batch volumes.

Sartoflow® Expert SU is a fully automated TFF system with a closed single-use loop for PD up to pilot. In addition to state-of-the-art TFF, it can be configured to streamline 3 unit operations for 1-20 L ADC synthesis on one system, thus increasing safety and quality.
Sartoflow® 1000 — Process Control and Ease of Use at Pilot Scale
The Sartoflow® 1000 facilitates automated processing of monoclonal antibodies, recombinant proteins and vaccines in batch volumes from 20 to 200 L.
An intuitive interface design simplifies automation of TFF process sequences, with complete single-use flow kits that incorporate all critical sensor and instrumentation technologies.
Sartoflow® 4500 - Process Control and Ease of Use at Commercial Scale
The Sartoflow® 4500 single-use tangential flow filtration (SUTFF) system has a user-friendly control interface for operating fully automated ultrafiltration and diafiltration (UF/DF) applications for batch volumes of 200 to 2000 L (1 to 15 kg). The Sartoflow® 4500 is compact, has low hold-up volume, and the capacity to run cassette surface areas up to 10 m².
